OBTAIN REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS?

Please give two working days' notice for repeat prescriptions with collection after 2.00pm on the third working day. Wherever possible make the request by using the repeat prescription request form attached to your last prescription. You can hand in the form personally at the surgery or send it by post. If you want us to post your prescription to you, please include a stamped envelope. We also have a collection service with certain local pharmacies.

Repeat prescription requests will not be taken over the telephone, as this can lead to confusion/mistakes and is not in your best interests.
