Each day there are two urgent care surgeries, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Appointments for these surgeries can only be booked on the day.
Additionally, unless a doctor is away on leave, there are also routine surgeries, in the morning and in the afternoon. Appointments for these surgeries can be booked up to 10 weeks in advance.
The urgent care surgery provides medical cover to patients who find that their symptoms have become so severe that they need to see a Doctor/Nurse Practitioner straight away. These appointments are intended for urgent care and therefore repeat prescriptions and/or sick certificates are not dealt with in the urgent care appointment as these can be arranged administratively.
The surgery staff will do everything possible to keep to your appointment time, but occasionally there will be delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any hold-ups.
Appointments can be made by telephoning 01304 225559, via Online Services.
All appointments have continued throughout the Pandemic, the majority of our appointments were offered via telephone but we also continued, where needed, to see patients face to face safely.
Please let the receptionist know if your appointment requires the GP to see you face to face.
We ask when attending the surgery please where a mask, do not attend the surgery if you have symptoms of COVID 19.
We currently have limited space in our waiting room due to social distancing, please be aware you may have to wait outside if there are no avialble seats.
Thank you for your continued support.
