We offer Online Access to our patients for booking appointments, ordering prescriptions and for viewing parts of your own medical records, using Patient Online Services. To register for this facility you will need to fill out an Online Services Request Form, available from Reception at the Surgery.

Do you look after a member of your family or a friend? Please let us know if you are a carer.

Repeat Prescriptions

Please give two working days' notice for repeat prescriptions with collection after 14:00 on the third working day.

We suggest wherever possible please make the request electronically this can be via our website or by downloading the myGP app if you are using a smartphone. 

You can hand in the form personally at the surgery or send it by post.

All prescriptions* will be sent electronically direct to your nominated pharmacy. Ask your preferred pharmacy to set you up to have your prescriptions sent directly to them.

*Private prescriptions will not be sent electronically, they have to be printed and collected from the surgery.

Repeat prescription requests can not be taken over the telephone.

Online Prescriptions

You can also order your repeat prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration prior to using this service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, pharmacist, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
