Parking
We have a small car park available at the surgery. This is a free car park for the use of patients who are attending an appointment at the surgery.
Accessibility
Easy access for disabled patients is provided at all clinical levels. If you have any concerns please contact us before you arrive.
Text messaging services
We use a variety of providers to communicate with our patients via text message, some of these providers are iPLATO (myGP) and AccuRX.
We will never ask for personal identifiable information in these messages, if you have received a text message and are not sure if it is a scam please call us.

- Reception is open from 8am to 6pm.
- Telephone lines are operational from 8am to 6:30pm. The last 30 minutes is for emergencies only.
- Home visits are scheduled for the middle of the day.
Out of hours
Urgent treatment centres
Urgent treatment centres are open every day and treat minor illnesses and injuries such as sprains, minor burns and broken bones.

Life threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose
A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
Non-urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it’s not an emergency
There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
